XML feed? need help with a website urgently?

hi i just started building a website. the website sell adult DVD's and products for another store but there prices are a bit too high so i need something cheaper. i found another affiliate program but i don't know how to add there products to my HTML website. the files are XML Feeds and CSV feed. i don't know anything about this and i only have basic knowledge in Dream Weaver CS3. i want to know how i add them to the website. I'll really appreciate the help . if you have any tutorials or link that will help thank you
