Is she playing games? Guys and girls I need some ideas on this?

I have gone out with a 29 year old girl (6 years older than me) four times, and talked to her for about 3 weeks on the phone. We kissed for the first time in my car on the fourth date for 45 mins this Saturday. She started nagging on Sunday, that she is not ready for a relationship, and that I am younger, it might not work out for a long time, lob lob lob, but I convinced her to go out on Monday. SHe brought up an excuse yesterday, so we arranged on the phone to go out tonight, but now she tells me that she is tired + let's meet at the weekends, that she is not that ready for a relationship. But she likes me, and sends kisses everytime on phone + was very willing during the making out. What should I do, and how should I handle this?
