Would this be labelled as fake??be honest please!?

ohk i noe this girl who is super, SUPER shy!!!!!! so yea...shes like really shy so she acts different ways around certain people..she has her own "trend" that she dislikes but dosent want to wear whats in style because of fear of judgment...once she gets home she is a whole different person!!!!! she will dress up, put make-up etc..just to take pictures but once shes done she goes back to regular clothing and is super LOUD! is she considered fake if she is shy/??
