Will my doctor induce me 2moro?

So i wrote a question on here early this mornin conserning me having contractions and lots of bloody show and mucus. I went to l and d and was 1 1/2 cm dialted and was having real contractions.Ive been having constant contractions since 4:00am But babys head was not all the way down they didnt want to break my water and risk the cord coming out.... I stayed there from 9:30am-2:00pm and didnt progress because of babies head. I was having some really strong contractions but then I was also havin some weak ones in between and those ones werent pushing babies head down. So now I sit still having contraction 10-15 min apart and they are really painful. Doc said he wanted to see me in his office tommoro but I already had an appointment scheduled. The nurse at l n d said that he might just send me over to the hospital and start poticin(sp) on me I was wonderin what you guys thought or think hes gonna do with me cuzz these contractions arent letting up. IM 39 weeks today and am due the 3rd of March
