Which Alltel phone is better the Samsung Delve or the Motorola Hint?

I noticed how close the ons are on the QWERTY keyboard so I was wondering how hard it is to type on it. Please let me know. I'm looking at getting a new phone and I love QWERTY keyboards, I have the scoop right now and love it but I want a new phone. I was also wondering how touchy the delve is, and the how the virtual QWERTY keyboard is.
