Ok Im not sure what weight cl to fight mma at. I walk around at 220 and 10% body fat. I'm 5 11'. I'm really strong and fast for my size and was wondering if I should put on weight an fight heavyweight or cut and fight light heavyweight. If it helps i'd rank my bjj a 5 out of 10 my stand up 7 and wrestling and ground and pound at 8 or 9
