What kind of credit would likely prevent someone from getting a top secret clearance?

I understand they do a credit check and such. I realize they check this to make sure you are not vulnerable to bribery. What is considered serious enough debt to prevent getting this clearance.I would like toi hear from those who have gone through the process. Thanks.
