What is the name of this rock song - "c'mon baby"?

This is a longish, southern rock sounding song with a strong b line. In fact, there is an interlude where the song quiets down and only the b line keeps going. I can't remember any of the lyrics except "c'mon baby" at the end of some of the stanzas. The group singing sounded a little like the Black Crows, I thought.
