What does my dream mean?

ok so i really like this guy. he is a twin but they are complete opposites. i went to to sleep one night and when i woke up i remembered this crazy dream about them. it goes like this: im on vaca with my fam. and my mom isn't really my mom. shes different. so we go to the beach and again its raining (all my dreams at the beach happen to be raining) but i go in the water with a mini surfboard and start swimming. my mom comes and asks me to teach her how to ride the board. so she gets on and im holding her by a leash. all of sudden huge fish start coming and trying to bite us. i run back to shore where the guy i like is and start crying to him he says whats wrong and i point to the water. he goes out in the water and brings back my surfboard and kisses me. thats where my dream ends. what does it mean?
