Weird cold going around, wondering if it's just the cold?

Me and all my co-workers have had this same thing simultaneously, and it is crazy! Even people at my congregation have gotten this same thing...it's like the cold, then you can barely stand up, and then POOF! it's gone. It's like they're putting something in the water...
