Does anyone know of any summer ballet intensives for an int/adv level dancer? in the northeast?

You have probably ped the main audition season, but there are many such as the Boston Ballet summer intensive and the Rock school summer intensive. Also, a lot in New York are good for this level. Your home studio probably has one.
