We are fixing to adopt two children, help?

We go Friday to pick up our new children but my lawyer said because the women is giving them up quicker I will need her to sign guardianship papers, any idea where I can get them or what i could type up and get noaterized to make it more legal till we get back to our home in Tenn. the children are in SC.
