My puppy's bleeding from his rectum, not constantly, but only when he poos, should i be concerned?

sounds like he will be fine. his may just be raw from the diarrhea. to be honest you will truely know in the morning. if he wakes up and is feeling well, then you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
