My mom's friend has MRSA EMERGANCY!!!!!?

My mom's friend lives in Canada, so she NEVER gets to see her, but she contracted MRSA at the hospital she works at. Everyone in my house has a normal immune system EXCEPT my brother, who has to take immuno suppressants for a disease he has. My mom wants her friend to come and visit us for about a week, but she doesn't know if we will contract it if she comes. I know it is mainly spread by skin to skin contact, but is it likely that she will be able to visit without us contracting it? If not, how can she tell her friend not to come in a polite way?
