How do you write a great paper?

I would definitely make an outline if there is time. Outlines help organize your thoughts and put your ideas in a logical order. Then add details to the outline that you think should go under each idea. This will help you from going off on tangents in your paper and keep everything clear. Also write the main idea at the top of your outline. What is it you want your teacher to know after she walks away from your paper? It's sort of like and objective and it will help keep your focus while writing the paper. Good luck writing your paper :)
