My daughter thinks im intruding in her life. she is 9 years?

she says when she is 12 she would like to continue to stay at her moms. this is what her aunt told me not her self. her mom is married to her uncle and there is a cycle of teenage pregnancy from 4 generations through the whole family, drugs, people coming in and out. in the family, she was also males ted by her uncle at her moms house but the court says there is no problem because her mom told me 2 weeks late. im an electrician. that when work was good i made good money and paid my cars and home off. i have a decent life. but i have let my daughter choose where she lives because since my wife and i dint have kid she feels bored when she comes over this is what she tells me. every weekend when she comes over she wants her cousins to come over so she can have some one to play with. that is one of the reasons why i ha vent tried to get custody of her. money is tight now. but i have a stable home. how can i go about having a good relationship with my daughter or how can i go about submitting a judge to hear my case with out no money.
