How do I test a website layout code with working links?

I'm making a fansite but to apply for a free domain I need to submit a fully coded live layout (like a working online demo with working links and such). I have the coded layout, I just don't know what site I can put the code in so I can see the site with a url and all that. (I need to submit a url of the tester site to be approved).
