Is it wrong to kiss him?

oks o im going skiing with my school for a club and there is this guy who i flirted with last time. he's not the most attractive or the coolest but he's sweet. i don't know if he's interested in me but he seems to flirt back. i don't really want to go out with him but its fun to flirt with him. what should i do? can i kiss him if we play truth or dare or something on the bus? do you think he'll be hurt if i don't go out with him even though i flirt, what should i do? is there anyway to know if he wants to kiss me without asking him directly? thanks in advance. please no mean or unhelpful answers.
