How to encrypt shared folder over the network?

I am trying to find a program that encrypt files over the network. Currently workplace network has five computer join together. Encryption is very important to protect the open wireless internet access. Administrators refuse to secured the wireless internet access since they do not believe hackers will gain access. Therefore only choice i have right shared folder encryption program. Please help me
