Going away for the weekend with ex bf?

he broke up with me a few years ago because well I wasn't a good gf at the time....i realized how much I care for him and want him back. We been talking here and there and he's been to my house a few times but now he wants to take me away for the weekend...is this a good sign he wants to rekindle things or is it just something fun to do for the weekend....we are going to vegas. also would it be a good idea to bring "us" up during our weekend or just see how it goes after that?
