Do I have a broken or sprained wrist?

I was playin and i fell on my hand when it was facing back toward me. It didn't swell up a lot but it hurts if I move it a lot. I have broken the other wrist in a similar way. but that was a fall of a ledge. At first it felt like that did, but the pain subsided overnight. 1 more thing i can't write but i can type just fine.
