Does this sound like ?

Ok I am going to start off by saying I have never kissed a girl or had , had girlfriends but nothing intimate like that, lol... But I am not sure but I have little blisters, not grouped or anything, on the inside of my mouth, I had a blood test 3 months ago that came out negative for HSV, because I thought I had it awhile back but it was really just acne. I get this blisters but they never ever scab, I know that not all scab but they usually always do... and it does not hurt... What gets me worried is that I drank something today and my finger that had a papercut on it actually grazed the area I drank from a bit, and now i am scared that i have whitlow... Part of me is telling myself that it is ridiculous because I havent done anything to cause it like sharing drinks or kissing people, and if I were to get it wouldnt happen on my mouth... If you know anything alternative to what blisters in your mouth could be, can you give me a name and I will look it up... Last question, do canker sores blister before they pop because I dont think so, and arent cold sores suppose to hurt at least slightly or tingle, because these blisters have no pain what so ever at all, it just fields like my lip.
