Does anyone know if declawing cats costs less during the month of Februrary?

Suzy Cutes is right on the money on this one! SPCA is Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and declawing is extremely cruel. They do not advocate it in any way and are in fact dead set against it and will not fund it. It is barbaric mutilation and should be outlawed! They chop off the last knuckle of the cat's toes. It is terribly painful and leads to lifelong problems with the cat, physical as well as mental and behavioral problems.
