Ditto + Evolved Pokemon?

Can I make a Lv 5 Blaziken if I put a Blaziken and Ditto in the Daycare? Can I make a Lv 5 Evolved Pokemon at all? Because in the strategy guide, it has level ups for evolved pokemon and Im wondering how, for instance, a Blaziken would learn a move below the level of 36 if Combusken doesnt evolve until 36...
