Christians..from your faith based perspective, can you give an explanation of the following?

i can't answer all your questions, but i would like to say that no i don't believe that you should go to a priest an have him forgive your sins, he can't. on god has that power.And as far as the pope goes.I don't really no what to think, i no that i would not bow to him or kiss his hand, i mean he ain't jesus.The bible says you are not supposed to call any one father other than GOD, an the pope is far from that.Just my thoughts.
