Best car for Seattle, WA?

Trust me, if you want to own a car in Seattle get something small... I lived there for 3 years, and when it comes to parking & whatnot, smaller is better. Maybe try VW Jetta? I can fit my entire body in the trunk with room for at another person and a bag... Not American made, but Germans are pretty good carmakers.
