Yugioh deck rate 1-10 and any help with it?

8/10. Not bad deck, try adding a few monarchs in there and that deck might pwn. ^^ The monsters names sound bad but they can actually do good damage. Synchro summon. Try taking out waboku for threatening roar or negate attack. I do not see the purpose of penguin soldier in that deck. Making a side deck will defintely help your deck out alot.
