Yoga for beginners dvd?

i asked this before under a different catagory but no luck. i have u c and stress is a big factor a lot of people have recomended yoga. i want to start but i need a good dvd for beginners. i saw The FIRM Beginner's Yoga Kit with DVD at walmart has anyone tried it? i want something that helps with flexibility and maybe toning and preferably one that comes as a kit. the only drawback to that one is that you cant get it in store which is what i prefer to do. it also cant be too expensive. and before anyone asks i live in an extremely rural area so there arent any gyms or anything. any dvds that you've tried and liked would be helpful. thanks for your answers =]
