WIC(Women Infant Children) in Pa, question for anyone whose used it.?

I live with my boyfriend but I'm pregnant and was wondering if i have to include him in the household or whatever WIC goes by. It would be me and my baby that I would want to claim. He doesn't support me all that much, I do make some money. How do I go about just claiming me and the baby. I know people do it. We aren't married just living together.
