Why are people so aginst children when there bad?

children who are out of control i feel should be ed. the reason we have out of control children and teens are because ungodly people say its abuse. oh but then when the child or teenager gets into trouble. they want to blame the parents. its these anti people who should be blamed. my son is 3 and runs every time we go out side. has almost been hit by a car at day care and at home. now his little brother is trying to do the same. my 3 year old hits, spits. throws things at people. screams on the top of his lungs. what am i supposed to do. time out doesn't work. so anti people tell me what am i to do. im not saying that there aren't people who go to far. but to a child for being bad should not be called child abuse.
