Who Is/Was The Best Wrestler In Mic Skill?

Jericho isn't the best today, in my opinion he is the best ever. Now i know many people disagree here but The Rock always did the same thing. Jericho was close second behind the rock when he was being funny but now he has taken away everything that made Y2J huge and is still getting one of the best reactions in the company. Jericho is a master on the mic and blow everyone else clean out of the water but this is just my opinion
