In the episode that is on right now on Nickelodeon there is this girl that plays one of Carmen's friends. It's the episode where they are all making fun on Toby the fat girl and Brenda Song plays one of her friends. Who is the light blonde haired girl? I know she is from something else and it's going to drive me crazy!
