Where can I see comet Lulin? (Ontario)?

It's a bit cloudy here in Mississauga, so I will be going North to the country side, where there are no cars or cities. I'm not really good in stars and stuff, so i'm not sure where to look. If I got north, AWAY from Mississauga ( Northern Ontario) and arrive around 10 p.m, will I see Comet Lulin with my binoculars ( I got x10 binoculars, is that good or bad?) Thanks :D
