WHAT PRECAUTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN IN DROUGHT ?

Not sure how big of an area you have but a trick I found out is putting newspapers down saturate them & since they're bio-degradable they slowly seep into ground & keeps moisture in Good luck I hope this helps
