What makes a hall of famer is the things you do for the wrestling business and also how long you have been in the business! And How many titles and championships you held! If scott hall was in the WWE he would be a hall of famer right now! Another thing that makes a WWE hall of famer is you have to be in the WWE! I bet there are Hall of Famers that are only in the Hall of Fame because they are involve in WWE, but had better career working for some other company. Dusty Rhodes had a great career in NWA, but only work for WWE for 2-6 years and didn't have much success in the WWE, as much as he had in NWA and still is a Hall of Famer
