What is the name of this chinese action movie that I am describing?

this kid goes to a temple to train and meets this other kid. the movie fast forwards into the future when they are pro fighters fighting with brooms. They do something bad and are exiled and the master dude gives them a scroll. Then one of them becomes evil and the good kid loses his memory. He uses the scroll and then fights the bad guy.
