What is the greatest hovering fighter jet?

One that can take off hovering, and lands hovering. I looked up the Boeing X-32, but it apparently was beaten by the Lockheed Martin X-35 (now the F-35 Lightning II), but it doesn't hover. I remember seeing something like what I'm talking about on future weapons or some science channel. Can you guys help me, here?
