What is a good quality trumpet & mouthpiece?

I am wanting to know a good quality trumpet. I have played for 4 3/4 years on a beginners trumpet. I am wanting to upgrade to a better trumpet...Cost is no matter, just keep it under $5,000 please...I also want a new mouthpiece which I will probably get before the trumpet. Thanks ahead of time!
