What else will help appeal my NCOER?

My platoon sergeant finally finished my NCOER, two months late. When I went to review it, I felt like I was reading an online example. The date on the PT test, the initial counseling, and the quarterly counselings were all inaccurate. I have the memo for appeal along with sworn statements. Should I get the CSM involved. 1SG knows however, (and I quote) doesn't give a rats a**.
