What do creationists think about this??????

Do creationists (who do not believe in evolution tht is) believe in the evolution of languages? Do they believe that Proto-Germanic, Proto-Slavic, Latin, Greek, etc all evolved from Proto-Indo-European? How about Hebrew and Arabic And Ethiopian etc evolving from Proto-Afro-Asiatic?
