What can you do about someone using your washing machine?

tell them to stop. you cannot ask for an injunction against a co-owner or lessee on common property. they have equal rights to it. if it si your machine the court will tell you to move it. or you can file an action for partition... or at least that would work for LA. i think Oh should be largely the same... not looking it up though.
