What can I do to get more respect?

I have a.d.d(attention defeatist disorder) and i go to a school for that type of need but there's a school next to mine and they think as special needs as a retard if we ped then they point and laugh even though i take a cl there they still do it, but most of all i had to be interviewed to get into a high school and they guide conseler treated me as if i were dum & told me im gonna fail like (c,d,f) just beacuse of the school i go to, what could i possibly do to get an adult or anyone to know that im smart and a human just like everyone else
