What are some of the most difficult/abnormal exercises you ever did?

Well for baseball one year the coaches stood on the mound and made use "side sprint" (I don't know what its called) and made us run around the field while hitting fly and grounders to us and if we would miss them then we would have to sprint from where we were all the way out another fields foul pole (2 or 300 yards away I think) and get back into the line. As for MMA I did about 15 pull ups ran to my basement kicked a target I hung from the ceiling and did that two or three times but I had a broken rib and torn thigh at the time.All while trying not to wake my parents up (at 4 am). That sucked.
