What are my chances honestly please tell me I'm so worried?

I have a 3.25 GPA (however, by my senior year this will probably be up to around 3.6 or 3.7), I plan on taking at least three AP cles and doing some extracurriculars and community service. I recently took the PSAT as a sopre and got a 2050. My parents treat me like I have no chance at getting into a decent college. I am constantly stressed and feel like crying because I am afraid of having no future. Please, could someone tell me what they think my chances are of getting into a fairly good school?
