What accessories should I wear with this dress?

I'm wearing this dress to a wedding on Saturday - that's me in the dress, minus my head! What accessories should I wear? In the pic I have a gold necklace with a small diamond on it. Do you think some bangles or bracelets, a clutch? And what about hair? I have fine blonde hair so I'd have to wear it up.
