Trademark Issues CONFUSED?

Im Naming my band Decimator and need to find out if this band name is already trademarked. Please tell me where to look t find this out. Or just let me know if it is or isnt taken. Theres a band on myspace called Decimator but i can find no trademark so help me out!! PLEASE thankss.
