To what extent should indigenous peoples become integrated into mainstream?

To the extent that the Constitutional rights of these indigenous people are protected at the same time making them law-abiding responsible citizens. By providing them access to education, health and other public services. By involving them or letting them participate in community development activities. In integrating them into the mainstream of society the customs and uniqueness of indigenous people that are not immoral and unlawful should be retained as part of the rich cultural heritage of a nation.
