Texture with colored pencils?

I have an art object I'm working on where I have to create nine, one-point perspective drawings. That's no the hard part, the hard part is that I have to put a different texture on each one using colored pencil. I have ideas for different ones, like the side of a house or water. Any other innovative ideas, and how to create the effect?
