Tested for iron deficiency but still no answer! Please help!?

Have you been tested for autoimmune diseases? A lot of those symptoms are me and I have an autoimmune disease. As far as thinking it is in your head, it could be....but I doubt it. Many people before they are diagnosed with an autoimmune disease are told by health care professionals it is in their head caused by depression. You know your body better than anyone!
