Tapeworm in my cat!!!!! HElp?!?!?

Yesterday feb 24th, ath 11:00 am. my cat was given a medication for tape worm, it's called "Drontal". I've been ignoring my cat, because the whole 'the segments around the rectum, are sacks of eggs" terrifys me. I feel bad ignoring her, exspecially because every night she follows me to when i go to sleep, jumps on my bed and snuggles up to me, she has always hanged after me, but now I shut her out of my bedroom and ignore her, and I want to know when i can not be worried to be near her, let her sleep in my bed and stuff. Today, which is feb 24th 8:00 pm, would I beable to give her attention (I'm a germaphobe kinda) and not worry about sacks of eggs clinging to me? Thankyou so much for your answers.
